灵芝三萜类组分的样品前处理及分析方法研究进展

【摘要】 灵芝作为一种名贵的药用真菌,具有增强免疫、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,目前已广泛应用于中药和保健品等领域.灵芝三萜是灵芝的主要活性成分之一,其实际含量是评价灵芝品质的重要指标.本文概述了常见灵芝三萜成分及结构特征,重点总结灵芝三萜的定性、定量分析技术及前处理方法,并对其研究前景进行了展望,旨在为灵芝三萜活性成分的深入研究与开发利用提供理论参考.

【Abstract】 As a precious medicinal fungus, Ganoderma lucidum possesses various pharmacological activities, such as immune enhancement, antioxidant, and anti-tumor effects, and has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and health supplements. Ganoderma triterpenes are one of the main active components of Ganoderma lucidum, and their actual content is an important indicator for evaluating its quality. The common components and structural characteristics of Ganoderma triterpenes are introduced. Meanwhile, qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as the sample pretreatment methods for triterpenes are reviewed in detail, and the research prospects are proposed, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the in-depth study and development of these active components.
