【摘要】 人工智能时代对公民法治素养要求日益提高。目前高校法治教育因学时数不足、师资队伍非专业化、实践活动形式化等结构性困境，难以满足新时代的新要求。通过梳理演进历程以探寻其发展趋势，解析与法治宣传、思想政治教育及依法治理三者之间的关联以发现其语境演变的根源，从学科归属、体系建构方面重构高校法治教育生态，从而明确其培养现代法治公民的时代定位，推动高校法治教育改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of artificial intelligence, higher requirements have been placed on citizens’ legal literacy. Currently, college legal education faces structural dilemmas including insufficient class hours, non-professional teaching staff and formalistic practical activities, making it hard to meet the new demands of the new era. This paper reviews its evolution to explore development trends, analyzes its correlations with legal publicity, ideological and political education and law-based governance to identify the root causes of contextual changes. It reconstructs the ecosystem of college legal education from the perspectives of disciplinary affiliation and system construction, so as to clarify its contemporary orientation of fostering modern law-abiding citizens and advance the reform of college legal education.更多还原
