【摘要】 如何办好法律职业本科层次教育，直接关系到学生职业发展和法治建设实践。为此，河北政法职业学院部分教学科研人员进行了探索，认为应从实践出发，厘清法律职业本科专业建设的价值意蕴、建设基础与实施路径，进行法律职业本科专业教学改革，精准定位，加强法律职业本科专业与教师能力建设，重构高职法律教育层级跃升课程体系，积极发挥优质教师创新团队在法律职业本科教育内涵建设中的作用，充分利用技能大赛对法治人才培养的赋能价值，推动法律高等职业教育高质量发展，培养胜任基层法律工作岗位的高素质技能型法律人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to effectively develop undergraduate education for legal professionals bears directly on students’ career development and the practice of law-based governance. In response, some teaching and research staff from Hebei Professional College of Political Science and Law have carried out explorations and argued that we should proceed from practice, clarify the value connotation, foundational conditions and implementation paths for the development of undergraduate programs for legal professionals, advance teaching reforms for such programs, define their orientation accurately, strengthen the construction of these undergraduate programs and teachers’ professional competence, restructure the curriculum system for the upward progression of higher vocational legal education, give full play to the role of high-quality innovative teaching teams in the connotation-oriented development of undergraduate education for legal professionals, fully leverage the empowering value of skills competitions in cultivating legal professionals, promote the high-quality development of higher vocational legal education, and foster high-quality skilled legal talents competent for grassroots legal posts.更多还原
