【摘要】 目的 了解化疗期急性白血病患儿父母饮食管理特征画像。方法 采用目的抽样法，于2024年1—3月在上海市某儿童专科医院血液肿瘤科，选取正在化疗的急性白血病患儿父母进行一对一半结构化访谈，采用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析、提取和归纳，获取患儿父母饮食管理的态度、能力及行为特征，形成标签，并构建画像。结果 共提取态度、能力和行为3个维度，构建4类人群画像：溺爱型(有能力但不重视而疏于管理)、无措型(重视但能力不足而管理不当)、自律型(重视且有能力而科学管理)和警觉型(重视且有能力但过度管理)。结论 化疗期急性白血病患儿父母饮食管理态度、能力及行为存在较大差异，4类人群画像及标签特征有助于医护人员为患儿父母针对性提供信息支持和行为干预，提升患儿饮食管理效果，改善其疾病预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristics of parents to diet management in children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy. Methods Using purposive sampling method, semi-structured interviews were conducted with parents of children with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy in the hematology oncology department of a children’s specialized hospital in Shanghai from January to March in 2024. The interview data were analyzed, extracted, and summarized using content analysis to identify parents’ attitudes, ability, and behavioral characteristics related to dietary management for their children. Based on these findings, labels were generated and personas were constructed. Results Three dimensions, including attitude, ability, and behavior, were identified, leading to the formation of four types of personas: indulgent type(capable but neglectful and lax in management), bewildered type(concerned but lacking ability and mismanagement), disciplined type(concerned, capable, and employing scientific management), and vigilant type(concerned, capable, but excessively management). Conclusion There are significant differences in the attitudes, abilities, and behaviors of parents in dietary management of children with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. The four types of personas and their corresponding label characteristics can assist healthcare providers in delivering targeted information support and behavioral interventions for parents of children with leukemia, thereby improving the effectiveness of dietary management and promoting better disease outcomes.更多还原
