【摘要】 目的 对数字健康干预在癌症患者及其照顾者中的应用研究进行范围综述，以识别数字健康的干预途径、干预内容和应用效果。方法 系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Medline、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库及中国生物医学数据库(SinoMed)中主题为数字健康干预在癌症患者及其照顾者中应用的相关文献，检索时限为建库至2025年6月7日。结果 共纳入16篇文献，干预途径包括网站平台、通讯软件和应用程序；干预内容要素包括症状管理、心理疏导、饮食和运动干预、技能培训；干预实施者主要为多学科团队、临床专家或心理学家，干预全程次数4～16次、每次10～120 min;结局指标包括可行性和可接受性、二元评估、二元应对和二元调整。结论 数字健康干预在癌症患者及其照顾者中具有一定积极效果，未来需要基于我国文化背景进一步探索数字健康干预的形式和内容，完善结局评价指标，为患者及照顾者提供更加专业、便捷的服务，提高癌症二元干预效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conduct a scoping review of the application research on digital health intervention in cancer patients and their caregivers, in order to identify the intervention approaches, intervention contents. Methods A systematic search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Medline, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, and SinoMed for literature on the application of digital health interventions among cancer patients and their caregivers from the inception of each database to June 7, 2025. Results A total of 16 literatures were included, and the intervention approaches included website platform, communication software, and application program. The elements of intervention included symptom management, psychological counseling, diet and exercise intervention, and skill training.The implementers of the intervention were mainly multidisciplinary teams, clinical experts or psychologists, and the total intervention times were 4 to 16 times, with each session lasting 10 to 120 minutes.Measures included feasibility and acceptability, binary assessment, binary coping, and binary adjustment. Conclusion The application of digital health intervention in cancer patients and caregivers has certain positive effects. In the future, it is necessary to further explore the form and content of digital health intervention based on China’s cultural background, improve outcome evaluation indicators, provide more professional and convenient services for patients and caregivers, and improve the effect of cancer binary intervention.更多还原
