【摘要】 目的 对2019年制定的《中国癌症症状管理实践指南》(以下简称“指南”)中的呼吸困难部分进行更新。方法 2024年8月—2025年8月，严格遵循国际指南更新流程，并以WHO标准指南制订方法学为依据进行指南更新。系统检索专业网站及数据库获取癌症患者呼吸困难症状管理的最佳证据。证据分级及推荐意见的制定采用推荐分级的评估、制定与评价(grading of recommendations assessment, development and evaluation, GRADE)方法学，通过专家共识法形成更新版指南。结果 更新版指南新增1条推荐意见，修改3条推荐意见，共包括13条推荐意见，内容涵盖多学科管理、呼吸功能训练及氧疗等方面。结论 本指南的更新汇总了目前关于癌症患者呼吸困难症状管理的最新证据，可为我国临床医务工作者和癌症患者提供科学、实用的循证决策依据，促进癌症患者呼吸困难的规范化管理，提高症状控制与护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To update the section on dyspnea in the Chinese Guideline for Cancer Symptom Management(hereafter referred to as "the Guideline")that was formulated in 2019. Methods From August 2024 to August 2025, the update was conducted in strict accordance with international guideline update procedures and based on the WHO handbook for guideline development. A systematic search of professional websites and databases was performed to identify the best available evidence on dyspnea management in patients with cancer. The quality of evidence and formulation of recommendations were assessed using the grading of recommendations assessment, development and evaluation(GRADE) approach, and one round of expert consensus were undertaken to develop the updated guideline.Results The updated guideline added one new recommendation and revised three existing recommendations resulting in a total of 13 recommendations. The content covers multidisciplinary management, respiratory function training, oxygen therapy, and related interventions. Conclusion This updated guide summarizes the latest evidence on the management of dyspnea in cancer patients, providing scientific and practical evidence-based decision-making support for clinical healthcare professionals and cancer patients in our country, promoting standardized management of dyspnea in cancer patients, and improving symptom control and quality of care.更多还原
