【摘要】 探明柠檬种质资源遗传多样性,能为其保护与利用提供依据。采用ISSR分子标记技术对柠檬及近缘种49份材料进行遗传多样性分析。筛选出的12条ISSR引物共检测到87条DNA条带,其中77条为多态性条带,多态性条带比率为88.51%。聚类结果显示在遗传距离0.130时,可将49份样品划分为4个大类群。研究结果对柠檬种质资源的保护利用和遗传改良有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploring the genetic diversity of lemon germplasm resources can provide a scientific basis for their conservation and utilization.Genetic diversity of 49 accessions of lemon and its related species were analyzed by ISSR molecular markers.A total of 87 DNA bands were detected with the 12 selected primers,among which 77 bands were polymorphic bands,leading to a polymorphism rate of 85.51%.Cluster analysis revealed that the 49 samples could be divided into four major groups at a genetic distance of 0.130.The results are of great significance for the conservation,utilization and genetic improvement of lemon germplasm resources.更多还原
