【摘要】 [目的/意义]类脑智能产业是我国的战略性新兴产业，为了更好地理解类脑智能产业的发展现状和专利结构，为我国类脑智能产业的政策制定、合作研发以及专利布局提供信息支持，本文研究测算类脑智能领域的专利集中度。[方法/过程]具体采用赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数，以类脑计算、类脑芯片、类脑器件、脑机融合为细分技术，分别对专利权人、细分技术、中国主要省市的专利集中度进行计算分析，来研究专利分布情况。[结果/结论]研究表明，中国类脑智能产业近十年创新分散趋势较为明显，类脑器件和脑机融合是当前技术发展和市场竞争的重点领域，北京在类脑智能产业发展上走在前列，东部省市类脑智能产业的授权有效专利较为分散，西部地区的专利较为集中。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] The brain-inspired intelligence industry is a strategic emerging industry in China. In order to better understand the current development status and patent structure of the brain-inspired intelligence industry, and provide information support for policy formulation, collaborative research and development, and patent layout in China’s brain-inspired intelligence industry, this paper studies and calculates the patent concentration in the field of brain-inspired intelligence. [Method/Process] Specifically, the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index is used to analyze the patent concentration of patent owners, segmented technologies, and major provinces and cities in China, using brain like computing, brain like chips, brain like devices, and brain computer fusion as sub technologies, in order to study the distribution of patents. [Result/Conclusion] The research shows that in the past decade, there has been a clear trend of innovation dispersion in China’s brain-inspired intelligence industry. The integration of brain like devices and brain computer fusion is currently a key area of technological development and market competition. Beijing is at the forefront of the development of the brain-inspired intelligence industry. Eastern provinces and cities have more dispersed authorized patents in the industry, and western regions have more concentrated patents.更多还原
