六钛酸钾晶须中试制备的研究

【摘要】 以TiO2和K2CO3为主要原料,按照不同降温程序、助熔剂和原料配比,通过熔剂辅助法制备六钛酸钾晶须,利用扫描电镜对其形貌进行表征。结果表明,分三阶段降温、添加KCl助熔剂、K2CO3与TiO2的物质的量比为1.1∶6,制备的六钛酸钾晶须形貌完整、表面光滑、分散性良好,长径比达(35~45)∶1。该工艺通过精确调控热力学条件,优化了晶须的成核与生长过程,为六钛酸钾晶须的工业化生产提供了关键工艺参数,为其在高温材料、复合材料等领域的应用奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 With TiO2 and K2CO3 the main raw materials, and potassium titanate whiskers were prepared by Liquidus-assisted method according to different cooling programs, adding different fluxes and different raw material ratios. The morphology was characterized by SEM. The results show that the potassium titanate whiskers prepared by cooling in three stages, adding KCl flux, the molar ratio of K2CO3 and TiO2 of 1.1∶6 have complete morphology, smooth surface, good dispersion, length-to-diameter ratio of(35-45) ∶1. This process optimizes the nucleation and growth of whiskers through precise control of thermodynamic conditions, providing key process parameters for the industrial production of potassium hexatitanate whiskers, which lays a foundation for their applications in high-temperature materials, composite materials, and other fields.
