再生水绿化土壤的理化性质及菌群变化

【摘要】 通过对新疆大学博达校区再生水灌溉区与未灌溉对照区土壤的比较分析,探讨再生水绿化灌溉对土壤理化性质和菌群的影响。结果显示,再生水灌溉区与未灌溉对照区的土壤有机质、全氮和全钾含量差异较小,而土壤pH值、全磷、有效磷、速效钾及可溶性盐含量均呈增加趋势。土壤重金属含量则基本保持稳定。灌溉改变了土壤细菌和真菌的组成与多样性,其中放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)和子囊菌门(Ascomycota)分别为细菌和真菌中的优势菌门;芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)和曲霉属(Aspergillus)等在属水平上相对丰度变化明显。该研究为缺水地区再生水回用提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 A comparative analysis was conducted between soils irrigated with reclaimed water and non-irrigated control soils at the Boda Campus of Xinjiang University to investigate the effects of reclaimed water irrigation on urban greening soils.The results indicated that,regarding soil physicochemical properties,organic matter,total nitrogen,and total potassium contents showed minor differences between the reclaimed water-irrigated and non-irrigated soils,whereas soil pH,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,available potassium,and soluble salts exhibited increasing trends.Soil heavy metal contents remained largely stable.In terms of microbial communities,irrigation altered the composition and diversity of soil bacteria and fungi,with Actinobacteriota and Ascomycota identified as the dominant bacterial and fungal phyla,respectively.At the genus level,notable changes in relative abundance were observed for genera such as Bacillus and Aspergillus.This study provides a theoretical basis for the safe reuse of reclaimed water in water-scarce regions.
