钠离子电池正极材料容量提升研究

【摘要】 钠离子电池因其资源丰富、成本低廉、安全性高和环境友好等特点,在储能领域展现出巨大潜力。钠离子电池材料主要有正极材料、负极材料、电解液及隔膜等,其中,钠离子电池正极材料研发质量直接影响电池的性能、寿命和成本。文章从工业工程的角度出发,进行钠离子电池正极材料容量提升研究,通过配方优化,钠离子电池正极材料容量得到显著提升。

【Abstract】 Sodium ion battery shows great potential in the field of energy storage because of its rich resources,low cost,high safety and environmental friendliness.The materials of sodium ion battery mainly include cathode material,anode material,electrolyte and separator,among which the research and development quality of cathode material of sodium ion battery directly affects the performance,life and cost of the battery.In this paper,from the perspective of industrial engineering,the capacity improvement of cathode materials for sodium ion batteries is studied.Through formula optimization,the capacity of cathode material of sodium ion battery was significantly improved.
