【摘要】 目的 分析中医综合护理联合徒手淋巴引流对乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的预防效果。方法 选择甘肃省肿瘤医院乳腺二科2023年4月至2024年4月收治的乳腺癌改良根治术患者90例，经随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各45例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理联合徒手淋巴引流。对比两组患者术后淋巴水肿发生率，同时对比两组患者护理前后健侧与患侧的周径差以及生活质量。结果 护理后，观察组淋巴水肿发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组健侧与患侧的周径差小于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 乳腺癌改良根治术后患者应用中医综合护理与徒手淋巴引流联合干预，可降低淋巴水肿发生率，减小健侧与患侧的周径差，提高生活质量，整体护理效果良好，具有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the preventive effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with manual lymphatic drainage on lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and were admitted to Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected and grouped by random number table method, with 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was given comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with manual lymphatic drainage on the basis of control group. The incidence of postoperative lymphedema, the difference in the circumference between the healthy side and the affected side, and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the incidence of lymphedema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After nursing, the circumference difference between the healthy side and the affected side in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After nursing, the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion After modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer, the combined intervention of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing and manual lymphatic drainage can reduce the incidence of lymphedema, decrease the circumference difference between the healthy side and affected side, and improve quality of life. The overall nursing effect is favorable, which has higher application value.更多还原
