【Abstract】 With the occurrence of pertussis recurrence, the transmission pattern of the disease has shifted from child-child to adult-child, and invisible infection in adults and adolescents has become an important way of pertussis transmission, posing a huge threat to the health of children, especially unimmunized infants. Vaccines are still the most effective and economical means to prevent the onset of pertussis, and this article reviews the research progress of pediatric pertussis vaccine, aiming to provide new ideas for the research and development innovation and clinical application of vaccines.更多还原
