啤酒糟生物发酵饲料对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和营养物质表观消化率的影响
Effects of Biofermented Brewers’ Grains Feed on Growth Performance, Slaughter Performance, Meat Quality and Apparent Digestibility of Nutrients in Finishing Pigs
【摘要】 试验旨在通过将啤酒糟生物发酵饲料应用于育肥猪饲粮中,研究其对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状、肉品质和饲粮营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取体重相近的[(88.68±2.03) kg] 320头育肥猪,均分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别用10%、20%、30%的啤酒糟生物发酵饲料替代基础饲粮中的玉米和豆粕。饲养试验40 d,结束后进行3 d的代谢试验。结果表明:相比于对照组,试验Ⅱ组育肥猪末体重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组育肥猪宰前活重和胴体重相比对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组育肥猪背最长肌滴水损失较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组育肥猪对饲粮中干物质和粗纤维表观消化率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组育肥猪对饲粮中粗蛋白表观消化率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,育肥猪饲粮中应用啤酒糟生物发酵饲料可有效改善其对饲粮营养物质的表观消化率,进而提高其生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质,综合研究所有试验数据,啤酒糟生物发酵饲料的推荐应用量为20%。
【Abstract】 The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of biofermented brewers′ grains feed on the growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and apparent digestibility of nutrients of finishing pigs. Three hundred and twenty finishing pigs with similar initial body weight of(88.68±2.03) kg were selected and divided into four groups with eight replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate. The control group was fed with basal ration, while 10%, 20% and 30% of brewer′s dried grains biofermented feed was used to replace corn and soybean meal in the basal ration in the experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively. The feeding trial was conducted for 40 d and ended with a 3-day metabolic test. The results showed that the body weight and average daily gain at the end of the test period of fattening pigs in P experimental group Ⅱ were significantly higher(<0.05) and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05) than that of the control group. The live weight and carcass weight before slaughter of finishing pigs in group Ⅱ were significantly higher P(<0.05) than those in the control group. Muscle drip loss of finishing pigs in experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude fiber of fattening pigs in test Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the apparent digestibility of crude protein of fattening pigs in test Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion, the application of brewer′s dried grains biofermented feed in finishing pig ration can effectively improve the apparent digestibility of the nutrients in the ration, and then improve the growth performance, slaughtering performance and meat quality, and the recommended application amount of brewer′s dried grains biofermented feed is 20% by synthesizing all the experimental data of the present study.
