不同性别岷县黑裘皮羊体重体尺相关性及生长曲线的拟合分析
Correlation of Body Weight and Body Size and Fitting Analysis of Growth Curve in Minxian Black Fur Sheep of Different Genders
【摘要】 试验旨在研究不同性别岷县黑裘皮羊体重与体尺的相关性及其生长发育规律。收集岷县黑裘皮羊初生、3、6、8、10、12月龄体重以及3、6、8、10、12月龄体尺数据(体高、体长、胸围),对体重和体尺进行相关性分析并利用3种非线性生长模型(Logistic、Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy)拟合公母羊生长发育规律,估测拐点体重、拐点月龄、最大月增重和相对生长率。结果表明:(1)3~12月龄公、母羊体重与体尺指标呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),体重与胸围的相关系数最高。(2)3种模型均能精准拟合生长曲线(R2>0.95),其中Von Bertalanffy模型拟合度最优(公羊R2=0.994,母羊R2=0.995)。Von Bertalanffy模型估测拐点月龄(公羊2.064月龄,母羊1.879月龄),拐点体重(公羊9.74 kg,母羊8.775 kg),最大月增重(公羊3.01 kg,母羊2.883 kg),相对生长率(公羊0.309,母羊0.329)。通过比较模型预测值与实测数据,Von Bertalanffy模型拟合误差最小,其预测值与实测值高度吻合,证实该模型更适用于解析岷县黑裘皮羊的生长发育规律。
【Abstract】 This study aimed to explore the correlation between body weight and body size, and the growth and development patterns in Minxian black fur sheep of different genders. Data on body weight(from birth, 3, 6, 8, 10, 12 months of age) and body size(at 3, 6, 8, 10, 12 months of age, including withers height, body length, chest girth) were collected. Correlation analysis between body weight and body size was performed, and three nonlinear growth models(Logistic, Gompertz, and Von Bertalanffy) were used to fit the growth and development patterns of male and female sheep, to estimate the critical weight, critical age, maximum monthly weight gain, and relative growth rate. Results showed that during 3-12 months of age, there was a highly significant positive correlation between body weight and body size indicators in both male and female sheep(P<0.01), with the highest correlation coefficient between body weight and chest girth. All three models could fit the growth curve accurately(R~2>0.95), among which the Von Bertalanffy model had the best goodness of fit(male R~2=0.994, female R~2 =0.995). The Von Bertalanffy model estimated the critical age(male 2.064 months, female 1.879 months), critical weight(male 9.74 kg, female 8.775 kg), maximum monthly weight gain(male 3.01 kg, female 2.883 kg), and relative growth rate(male 0.309, female 0.329). By comparing the predicted values of the model with the measured data, the fitting error of the Von Bertalanffy model is the smallest, and the predicted values are in good agreement with the measured values, indicating that this model is more suitable for analyzing the growth and development patterns of Minxian black fur sheep.
