复合有机锌对新西兰肉兔生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化指标和机体免疫功能的影响
Impact of Compound Organic Zinc on Growth, Serum Biochemistry, Antioxidant Status, and Immunity in New Zealand Rabbits
【摘要】 试验旨在研究复合有机锌对新西兰肉兔生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化指标和机体免疫功能的影响。选取体况均一、健康的新西兰肉兔240只,随机平均分为5组,每组中6个平行,每个平行8只。对照组新西兰肉兔饲喂基础饲粮,无机锌组新西兰肉兔饲喂添加100 mg/kg硫酸锌的饲粮。3个试验组(复合有机锌组)分别饲喂添加20、50、100 mg/kg复合有机锌的饲粮。试验期50 d。结果表明:添加50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg复合有机锌的试验组新西兰肉兔末重和平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);复合有机锌组新西兰肉兔腹泻率和死亡率显著低于对照组和无机锌组(P<0.05)。添加50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg复合有机锌的试验组新西兰肉兔血清中总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于对照组和无机锌组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);复合有机锌组新西兰肉兔血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照组和无机锌组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组和无机锌组(P<0.05)。复合有机锌组新西兰肉兔血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平显著高于对照组和无机锌组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平显著低于对照组和无机锌组(P<0.05)。综上所述,新西兰肉兔饲粮中添加复合有机锌可以有效提高生长性能和抗氧化水平,促进机体蛋白质沉积,同时提高新西兰肉兔机体免疫功能,最佳添加计剂量为50 mg/kg。
【Abstract】 The objective of this test was to explore the influence of compound organic zinc on the growth performance, serum biochemistry, antioxidant indexes and body immune function of New Zealand rabbits. A total of 240 healthy New Zealand rabbits with uniform body condition were selected and randomly divided into five groups of equal size, with six replicates per group and eight rabbits per replicate. Control group was fed a basal diet, while inorganic zinc group was fed a diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg zinc sulfate. Three treatment groups(compound organic zinc groups) were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20, 50, and 100 mg/kg compound organic zinc(zinc methionine∶ zinc lactate=1∶ 1), respectively. The trial lasted for 50 d. The results showed that the final body weight and average daily gain of New Zealand rabbits in 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg complex organic zinc groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate and mortality in compound organic zinc groups were significantly lower than those in conrtol group and inorganic zinc group(P<0.05). Serum total protein(TP) content in 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg complex organic zinc groups were significantly higher than those in control group and inorganic zinc group(P<0.05), and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity in 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg complex organic zinc groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05); serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activities in complex organic zinc groups were significantly higher than those in control group and inorganic zinc group(P<0.05), while malondialdehyde(MDA) content was significantly lower than those in control group and inorganic zinc group(P<0.05). Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG) and interleukin-2(IL-2) levels in complex organic zinc groups were significantly higher than those in control group and inorganic zinc group(P<0.05), while tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) levels were significantly lower than those in control group and inorganic zinc group(P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation with complex organic zinc can effectively improve growth performance and antioxidant capacity, promote protein deposition, and enhance immune function in New Zealand rabbits, with the optimal supplementation dose being 50 mg/kg.
