【摘要】 标本制作在科研和教学中发挥着重要作用，但不同的标本因其不同的结构特点其制作方法也不同。为了使制作出的禾本科标本更加立体逼真，采用配方保绿液浸泡保绿后，再通过聚乙二醇塑化，树脂胶包埋等处理方式，制作出的禾本科标本观赏性强，保真效果好，保存时间长，能够制作大型植株标本，有效克服了传统标本制作方法的缺陷，为其他植物标本制作提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Specimen preparation plays a crucial role in scientific research and education, yet different specimens require distinct preparation methods due to their varying structural characteristics.To create more three-dimensional and lifelike Gramineae specimens, novel chlorophyll retention techniques are employed, involving treatments such as plasticization with polyethylene glycol and embedding in resin glue.These methods result in Gramineae specimens that are highly ornamental, exhibit excellent fidelity, have a long shelf life, and can create large plant specimens.They effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional specimen preparation methods and provide a reference for the preparation of other plant specimens.更多还原
