【摘要】 党的二十届四中全会提出，要“顺应信息技术发展潮流，发展具有强大思想引领力、精神凝聚力、价值感召力、国际影响力的新时代中国特色社会主义文化，扎实推进文化强国建设”。从文化环境上看，数智技术重构了文化生态，使文化强国建设面临充满矛盾与张力的文化环境。对此，中国共产党的文化领导权需发挥引领、建构、导向与整合作用，通过引领数智文化发展优化文化环境，主导数智文明建构塑造未来发展范式，把握网络舆论导向净化传播生态，整合数智资源配置促进成果共享。面对数智化的滚滚浪潮，坚持党的文化领导权是化解数智时代文化发展矛盾的根本之策、坚守文化主体性的必然选择、引导数智文化向上向善的坚实保证。数智时代要持续推进党的文化领导权建设，从主体、客体、介体三个层面推动党的文化领导能力提升和实践创新，巩固党在数智文化领域的核心领导地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) proposes that we must “follow the trend of information technology development. On this trend, we should develop a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics for the new era that has the power to guide, unite, and inspire our people and enjoys strong international influence. Tangible steps should be taken to build China into a country with a strong culture”. From the perspective of the cultural environment, digital intelligence technology has reconstructed the cultural ecosystem, creating a cultural environment for building a strong cultural nation that is full of contradictions and tensions. In response, the cultural leadership of the CPC must play a guiding, constructive, orienting, and integrative role-by steering digital intelligent culture to develop and optimize the cultural environment, leading the construction of digital civilization to shape future development paradigms, guiding online public opinion to purify the communication ecology, and integrating digital intelligent resources to promote the sharing of achievements. In the face of the surging tide of digital intelligence, upholding the CPC’s cultural leadership is the fundamental solution to contradictions of cultural development in the era of digital intelligence, the inevitable choice for safeguarding cultural subjectivity, and the sound guarantee for guiding digital culture toward virtue and progress.
