新农科背景下农产品质量安全概论课程思政建设探索与实践

【摘要】 在新农科建设全面深化与立德树人根本任务深度融合的时代背景下，专业课程教学承载着知识传授与价值引领的双重使命。农产品质量安全概论是贵州大学植物保护专业农产品质量安全方向本科生专业必修课程，该文针对当前课程思政建设中存在的现实困境，探索系统化的改革路径。在课程教学改革创新中，通过战略维度、价值维度和实践维度构建课程思政“三维融合”框架，并在教学过程中运用“目标定位—内容重构—方法创新—机制保障”的四维实践路径，将国家粮食安全战略、生态文明思想、科学家精神及诚信守法观念等思政元素融入教学全程。通过课程教学改革，达到既能夯实学生专业基础，又能坚定其“知农爱农、强农兴农”理想信念的课程思政育人模式，以期为涉农高校相关课程建设提供一定的参考及借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of deepening integration between the comprehensive advancement of New Agricultural Science development and the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, professional course teaching shoulders the dual mission of knowledge impartation and value guidance. Taking the compulsory undergraduate course "Introduction to Agricultural Product Quality and Safety" in the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety track of the Plant Protection program at Guizhou University as an example, this paper explores systematic reform pathways to address the common practical challenges in current curriculum-based ideological and political education development. In the reform of teaching practices, a "three-dimensional integration" framework for curriculum-based ideological and political education was constructed, encompassing strategic, value, and practical dimensions. Furthermore, a four-pronged implementation pathway of "objective orientation, content restructuring,methodological innovation, and mechanism safeguarding" was adopted to organically integrate ideological and political elements,such as the national food security strategy, the concept of ecological civilization, the spirit of scientists, and the principles of integrity and law-abiding awareness-throughout the entire teaching process. The curriculum reform aims to solidify students’ professional foundation while strengthening their ideals and beliefs in "understanding and loving agriculture, strengthening and revitalizing agriculture." Ultimately, this approach forms an ideological and political education model that integrates educational functions with value guidance, providing reference and insights for the development of related courses in agricultural universities.更多还原
