基于通航水平的京津冀枢纽机场航线时空布局特征分析

【摘要】 基于京津冀地区4个枢纽机场(北京首都国际机场PEK、北京大兴国际机场PKX、天津滨海国际机场TSN和石家庄正定国际机场SJW)2022年5月2日至29日的调研数据分析了各机场的航线通航率、时空布局特征及航班波对机场空间联系的影响。结果表明:京津冀4个枢纽机场在全国七大区域开通的航线存在明显通航偏好;4个机场在华东区、华中区的航线竞争激烈,在华北区、西北区的航线竞争较弱;PEK,PKX,TSN,SJW的航线可达性最高值分别在西北区、华中区、东北区、华北区;PEK时刻资源分配呈现明显航班波模式;4个机场高峰时刻进出港航班呈现出方向互补、均匀集散特点,航空枢纽的空间连接作用仍需进一步改善。基于通航水平科学分析区域枢纽机场航线布局与时刻资源分配特点是实现枢纽机场间差异化发展、提高区域机场协同运行效率的重要前提,对优化机场航线结构及高效配置时刻资源具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the research data of four hub airports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region(PEK of Beijing Capital International Airport, PKX of Beijing Daxing International Airport, TSN of Tianjin Binhai International Airport, and SJW of Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport) from May 2 to 29, 2022, the research analyzed the traffic rate of air routes, spatial and temporal layout characteristics of the airports, and the impact of flight slots on the spatial connection of the airports. The results showed: The four Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei hub airports had significant navigational preferences for routes opened in the country’s seven administrative regions,; The four airports had strong competition for routes in East and Central China and weaker competition for routes in North and Northwest China; The highest route accessibility values for PEK, PKX, TSN, and SJW were in the Northwest, Central China, Northeast, and North China regions, respectively; PEK slot allocation showed distinct wave-system structures of airlines; The peak hour inbound and outbound flights of the four airports are characterized by complementary directions and even distribution, and the spatial connectivity of the aviation hubs still needed to be further improved. Scientific analysis of the characteristics of regional hub airport route layout and time resource allocation is an important premise for realizing the differentiated development among hub airports and improving the synergistic operation efficiency of regional airports, which is of great significance for optimizing the airport route structure and efficiently allocating time resources.
