【摘要】 研究油当归水提物对便秘小鼠的治疗效果及对肠道相关指标的影响。选取60只雄性昆明小鼠，随机分为空白组(A)、模型组(B)、阳性对照组(C),油当归水提物高剂量组(D)、中剂量组(E)与低剂量组(F),用复方地芬诺酯悬液诱导便秘小鼠模型。结果显示，与A组相比，B组小鼠体型消瘦、被毛杂乱、粪便较坚硬，小鼠粪便含水量降低；HCT水平显著升高(P<0.05),HGB含量极显著降低(P<0.01);VIP、Gas和TNF-α水平极显著降低(P<0.01),SP水平极显著降低(P<0.01),IL-6、IL-1β极显著升高(P<0.01)。与B组相比，C、D、E和F组小鼠粪便含水量升高；C、D、E和F组HCT水平极显著降低(P<0.01);E、F组SP和VIP含量显著升高(P<0.05),D组SP显著升高(P<0.05)、C组极显著升高(P<0.01),D组VIP极显著升高(P<0.01)、C组VIP显著升高(P<0.05),D、E和F组Gas和TNF-α极显著升高(P<0.01),D、E、F组和C组IL-6、IL-1β极显著降低(P<0.01)。油当归水提物可改善小鼠便秘，缓解炎症，为研发治疗便秘的中兽药提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the therapeutic effect of water extract of Angelica sinensis processed by oil on mice with constipation and its influence on intestinal related indexes.Sixty male Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into a control group(A),a model group(B),a positive control group(C),a high-dose group of water extract of Angelica sinensis processed by oil(D),a medium-dose group(E),and a low-dose group(F),Constipated mouse models were induced with compound diphenoxylate suspension.The results showed that,compared with group A,group B mice were thinner,had messy fur,and harder feces.The fecal water content of mice decreased,HCT level significantly increased(P <0.05),HGB content extremely significantly decreased(P <0.01),levels of VIP,Gas,and TNF-α extremely significantly decreased(P <0.01),SP level extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),and levels of IL-6 and IL-1β extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with group B,the fecal water content in groups C,D,E,and F was increased.The HCT levels in groups C,D,E,and F were extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01).The SP and VIP levels in groups E and F were significantly increased(P<0.05).In group D,SP was significantly increased(P<0.05),while in group C,SP was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).VIP was extremely significantly increased in group D(P<0.01) and significantly increased in group C(P<0.05).Gas and TNFa were extremely significantly increased in groups D,E,and F(P <0.01).IL-6 and IL-1β were extremely significantly reduced in groups D,E,F,and C(P<0.01).The treatment with the water extract of Angelica sinensis processed by oil can improve constipation and alleviate inflammation in mice,providing evidence for the development of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine for the treatment of constipation.更多还原
