【摘要】 “改革是社会主义制度的自我完善”命题由邓小平在改革开放初期提出。该命题立足社会主义初级阶段基本国情为改革开放提供了方向指引，也是理解中国特色社会主义制度演进的核心钥匙。以制度变迁理论为核心分析视角，搭建“性质—目标—原则—路径—标准”五重分析框架，有助于系统阐释“改革是社会主义制度的自我完善”命题的理论与实践逻辑。这五个维度相互关联、有机统一，回应了改革开放后制度“为何改、改什么、如何改”的核心问题，明确改革是自我完善与革命性变革的辩证统一，目标是构建成熟定型的中国特色社会主义制度，同时确立了相应改革原则、渐进式探索与全面协同结合的路径及“三个有利于”的检验标准。“改革是社会主义制度的自我完善”命题的实践推动中国改革开放取得巨大成就，为中国特色社会主义事业发展奠定了坚实基础。新时代以来，我国以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为根本指导，不断完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度体系，推进中国特色社会主义制度更加成熟、更加定型，为全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴提供强大制度保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The proposition that “reform is the self-perfecting process of the socialist system”was put forward by Deng Xiaoping in the early stage of reform and opening up. Rooted in the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism, this proposition not only provides directional guidance for reform and opening up but also serves as the core key to understanding the evolution of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the analytical perspective centered on institutional change, this paper constructed a five-dimensional analytical framework of “nature-objectives-principles-pathways-criteria” to systematically help interpret the theoretical and practical logic inherent in the proposition. These five dimensions are interrelated and organically integrated, addressing the core questions of “why to reform, what to reform, and how to reform” since the initiation of reform and opening up. Specifically, it clarifies that reform embodies the dialectical unity of self-perfection and revolutionary transformation, with its ultimate goal being to establish a mature and well-established system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Meanwhile, the framework defines the corresponding reform principles, a progressive exploration pathway combined with comprehensive coordination, and “whether it promotes the growth of the productive forces in a socialist society, increases the overall strength of the socialist state and raises living standards” as the fundamental testing criteria for reform. The practice of the proposition that “reform is the self-perfecting process of the socialist system” has propelled China’s reform and opening up to achieve remarkable accomplishments, laying a solid institutional foundation for the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
