单宁对断奶期梅花鹿仔鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响
Effects of Tannin on Growth Performance,Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Serum Immune and Antioxidant Indices of Young Sika Deer during Weaning
【摘要】 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平单宁对断奶期梅花鹿仔鹿生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选用24头3月龄健康梅花鹿[体重(30.43±4.46) kg],随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加0.5%、1.5%和3.0%单宁的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加单宁对仔鹿生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,第45天时,1.5%和3.0%单宁添加组钙(Ca)和粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),1.5%单宁添加组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),3.0%单宁添加组磷(P)和粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率极显著提高(P<0.01);第90天时,0.5%、1.5%和3.0%单宁添加组Ca和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),3.0%单宁添加组P和CP表观消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),1.5%和3.0%单宁添加组EE和NDF表观消化率显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,第45天时,3.0%单宁添加组血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05);第90天时,0.5%、1.5%和3.0%单宁添加组血清IgM含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。4)第45天时,各组间血清抗氧化指标无显著差异(P>0.05);第90天时,与对照组相比,1.5%单宁添加组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),0.5%、1.5%和3.0%单宁添加组血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加适宜水平单宁对断奶期梅花鹿仔鹿生长性能无负面影响,同时可提高营养物质表观消化率,并提高免疫功能和抗氧化能力,其中以添加1.5%单宁效果较佳。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of tannin on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum immune and antioxidant indices of young sika deer during weaning. Twenty-four healthy 3-month-old sika deer with a body weight of(30.43±4.46)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 1 deer in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.5%,1.5% and 3.0% tannin,respectively. The experiment consisted of a 7-day adaptation period followed by a 90-day formal experimental period. The results showed as follows:1)dietary supplementation of tannin had no significant effect on the growth performance of young deer(P>0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,on day 45,the apparent digestibility of calcium(Ca)and ether extract(EE)in 1.5% and 3.0% tannin supplemental groups was significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in 1.5% tannin supplemental group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the apparent digestibility of phosphorus(P)and crude protein(CP)in 3.0% tannin supplemental group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);on day 90,the apparent digestibility of Ca and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in 0.5%,1.5% and 3.0% tannin supplemental groups was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the apparent digestibility of P and CP in3.0% tannin supplemental group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the apparent digestibility of EE and NDF in 1.5% and 3.0% tannin supplemental groups was significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 3)Compared with the control group,on day 45,the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content in 3.0% tannin supplemental group was significantly increased(P<0.05);on day 90,the serum IgM content in 0.5%,1.5% and 3.0% tannin supplemental groups was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01). 4)On day 45,there was no significant difference in serum antioxidant indices among the groups(P>0.05);on day 90,compared with the control group,the serum glutathione peroxidase activity in 1.5%tannin supplemental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum malondialdehyde content in0.5%,1.5% and 3.0% tannin supplemental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05). In conclusion,an appropriate level of dietary supplementation of tannin has no negative effect on the growth performance of young sika deer during weaning. At the same time,it can increase the nutrient apparent digestibility,and enhance the immune function and antioxidant capacity. Among them,1.5% supplementation of tannin has a better effect.
