喷射式真空罐制冰浆的动态特性研究
Dynamic characteristics of ice slurry production in a jet-type vacuum tank
【摘要】 针对喷射式真空罐制冰浆过程动态特性研究不足的问题,本文建立了考虑液滴传热传质与真空罐压力-温度耦合的喷射式真空罐制冰浆动态模型,数值模拟研究了喷嘴流量、罐内初始温度和初始压力对冰浆品质及系统能耗的影响。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,随着喷嘴流量增大,系统准稳态温度和压力升高,冰浆含冰率降低;随着真空罐初始温度升高,冰浆含冰率降低;随着初始压力升高,冰浆含冰率增大,但达到准稳态所需时间延长。综合冰浆品质与系统能耗,在本文工况范围内,喷嘴流量4.14 L/h、初始温度269.15 K、初始压力3 000 Pa时系统综合性能较优,可为喷射式真空制冰浆系统设计与运行优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 To address the limited research on the dynamic behavior of ice slurry production in jet-type vacuum tanks, this study develops a dynamic model that couples droplet heat and mass transfer with the pressure-temperature evolution in the vacuum tank. The effects of nozzle flow rate, initial temperature and initial pressure on ice slurry quality and system energy consumption were studied by numerical simulation. The results show that under the same conditions, with the increase of nozzle flow rate, the quasi-steady temperature and pressure of the system increase, and the ice content of the ice slurry decreases. As the initial temperature of the vacuum tank increases, the ice content of the ice slurry decreases. As the initial pressure increases, the ice content of the ice slurry increases, but the time required to reach the quasi-steady state is prolonged. Considering the quality of ice slurry and the energy consumption of the system, the comprehensive performance of the system is better when the nozzle flow rate is 4.14 L/h, the initial temperature is 269.15 K and the initial pressure is 3 000 Pa within the working condition of this paper. It can provide reference for the design and operation optimization of the jet vacuum ice slurry system.
