【Abstract】 This paper developed a comprehensive index to quantify the deepening of global digital economic and trade rules and the resilience of industrial and supply chains across multiple dimensions, and it systematically examined how deeper digital economic and trade rules affect supply chain resilience. The findings show that the deepening of these rules significantly strengthens industrial and supply chain resilience. The primary mechanisms are narrowed digital divides, reduced trade costs, and accelerated efficiency transformation. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the positive effect is pronounced in developed countries and in countries with high quality institutions. Further analysis shows that the expansion of global digital trade rules, information security clauses, and facilitative clauses exert the most significant positive effects on enhancing industrial and supply chain resilience.更多还原
