【摘要】 近年来,随着互联网、区块链、云计算、大数据和人工智能等数智技术的崛起,人类社会进入数智时代。与过去相比,数智时代的资本主义出现新变化,发达资本主义国家共产党也迎来一系列挑战。这些挑战包括理论和话语滞后、政党及党员政治身份的模糊化、大数据和人工智能的技术壁垒、数字政党与激进主义政党的空间挤压、政党组织建设的困境、政治安全的新威胁等。面对这些挑战,发达资本主义国家共产党积极开展适应性变革,一方面探究数智时代资本主义的本质,创新理论和话语体系;另一方面,在实践中拓宽教育渠道,激活多种宣传要素,努力构建互联网+政党运作新模式,扩宽线上线下相融合的教育新路径,多渠道提升政党影响力。显然,各国共产党能否适应数智时代并充分利用好数智技术对党自身的发展乃至世界社会主义的发展进程将产生重要影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rise of digital and intelligent technologies, such as the internet, blockchain, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, human society has entered the digital-intelligent era. The new developments in capitalism posed new challenges to communist parties in developed capitalist countries. Currently, these parties are facing multiple challenges, including the need to innovate traditional discourses and communication methods, the risk of blurred political identities of parties and their members, systemic barriers associated with technological feudalism, spatial compression by digital and radical parties, contemporary dilemmas in party organization building, and new threats to political security. In response to these challenges, communist parties in developed capitalist countries are actively pursuing adaptive transformation through various measures, such as innovating theoretical discourse to interpret the essence of capitalist development in the digital age, leveraging digital technologies to empower party building, establishing new “Internet Plus” models for party operations, expanding educational channels by implementing blended online-offline learning pathways, and activating public communication elements to enhance the party’s external influence through multiple channels. The future development of worldwide socialist movements hinges on whether communist parties can fully harness the potential of these digital and intelligent technologies.更多还原
