【Abstract】 Culture is the objectification of human essential power. In the long process of civilization evolution, humans and culture mutually influence and depend on each other. The people are the creators and inheritors of this unified new culture. The generation, existence and development of the unified new culture are inseparable from people’s practice. Cultural carriers constitute an important bridge to realize the integration of the unified new culture with the people, and they also serve as a vital platform for the people’s participation in cultural construction. To promote the implementation and development of the unified new culture, we must establish a system of cultural carriers that better facilitates the people’s cultural participation and co-construction, brings culture closer to the people’s lives, stimulates their innovative vitality and creative enthusiasm, supports cultural prosperity, which further enables this unified new culture to become a powerful spiritual force to advance Chinese modernization and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.更多还原
