房间空调器能效标准考虑GWP值的初步探讨
Preliminary Discussion on Considering GWP of Refrigerants in the Energy Efficiency Standard of Room Air Conditioners Considering
【摘要】 为了分析房间空调器产品能效提升和制冷剂温室效应潜值(GWP)降低所带来的温室气体减排量,本文基于温室效应总当量(TEWI)的计算思路和方法,分析对比了中国房间空调器行业2020年和2024年由于能效提升和采用低GWP值制冷剂所实现的温室气体减排数量。同时,本文建立了两种分析情景,将房间空调器产品能效提升和制冷剂GWP值降低所带来的温室气体减排数量进行对比,分析对比了产品APF值提升和制冷剂GWP值降低之间的关系。结果显示,制冷量3.5kW的房间空调器APF值提升10%,与制冷剂GWP值降低85%所实现的温室气体减排量基本相当;房间空调器制冷剂从HFC-32切换到R290,与制冷量3.5kW房间空调器的APF值需要提升11.8%所带来的温室气体减排量基本相当。基于本文的计算分析,为公平地实现相当数量温室气体减排量,房间空调器能效标准对于采用极低GWP值制冷剂考虑10%的APF值降低是合理的。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reductions achieved through energy efficiency improvements and lower global warming potential(GWP) refrigerants in room air conditioners, this study applies the Total Equivalent Warming Impact(TEWI) methodology to quantify and compare GHG emission reductions in China’s room air conditioner industry between 2020 and 2024. Two scenarios were established to contrast the GHG reductions from energy efficiency improvements versus refrigerant GWP reductions and analyze the relationship between Annual Performance Factor(APF) increases and GWP reductions. The calculations reveal that:(1) 10% increase in APF for a 3.5 kW room air conditioner achieves comparable GHG reductions to 85% GWP of refrigerant reduction;(2) GHG reductions by transitioning from HFC-32 to R290 refrigerant equals to an 11.8% APF increase for a unit with 3.5 kW cooling capacity. Based on this analysis, it is reasonable to allow a 10% APF reduction in room air conditioner energy efficiency standard when using ultra-low GWP refrigerants, ensuring an equitable balance in GHG reduction contributions.
