【摘要】 霍夫曼编码作为一种经典编码方法，在传统教学中通常直接给出编码方法，忽视了该编码思想的由来。从观察香农编码的树图出发，思考其不能获得最优码的原因，研讨最优码应满足的条件，最终启发学生“发现”霍夫曼编码方法。通过启发式教学，既体验了知识的再发现过程，又学习了科研的基本方法。教学设计中结合我国航天遥感的快速发展，提出数据压缩需求，并通过课程学习和实践进行问题的初步解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huffman coding is a classic coding method. In traditional teaching process, the coding method is usually direct presented, without exploring the original idea of the Huffman coding. Starting from observing the binary tree of Shannon coding, the reasons that Shannon coding cannot guarantee an optimal code are analyzed, and then the basic principles that the optimal code should satisfy are discussed, ultimately students are inspiried to "discover" the Huffman coding method. Through heuristic teaching, on one hand, students are guidied to experience the process of rediscovering knowledge, on the other hand, students are enablied to initially understand the basic methods of conducting scientific research. Taking the rapid development of China’s spaceborne remote sensing as the entry point, the issue of data compression is raised, and the problem is initially solved through the learning and practice of the course content.更多还原
