【Abstract】 The traditional talent cultivation mode in electrical engineering already struggles to meet the high-level demands for internationalization, innovation, and practical capabilities required by New Engineering. To Address current challenges in cultivating international talents in electrical engineering, the conceptual, faculty, curriculum, and practical aspects are deeply analyzed. Based on this analysis, a framework for international talent cultivation tailored to the development needs of New Engineering is proposed. The student-centered framework explores viable pathways for cultivating international talent in electrical engineering by optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening international collaboration, and building practical platforms.更多还原
