【摘要】 <正>Since the 1960s, the laser has been a powerful tool, opening a new era of spectroscopic analysis. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS), a technology widely used for spectroscopic analysis, was first introduced by Brech and Cross in 1962 [1]. With its ability to perform simultaneous multielement analysis and its nearly nondestructive nature, LIBS shows clear advantages in remote sensing, online monitoring, and in situ real-time measurements [2–4], which makes this technology widely regarded as a ‘future superstar’ of chemical analysis [5].
