【摘要】 在中国城市化全面高速发展的背景下，社区博物馆作为基层公共文化服务机构的重要组成部分，应在现代城市社区治理中发挥关键作用。目前部分社区博物馆面临展示内容与展览形式单调陈旧、教育与服务方式被动、运营意识与创造能力缺失、功能片面化与发展不可持续等问题。我国当代城市中的部分社区博物馆从社区居民的文化诉求出发，融合多方力量、突破空间边界、改变参与模式、创新运营思路，以新的角色、身份参与城市社区文化建设事业。在多方共建的创新发展模式中，社区博物馆以更加多元灵活的运营理念实现社区文化资源的合理利用与再创造，从而让更加丰富、优质的社区公共文化活动落地开展，可为探索基层公共文化服务机构的可持续发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of rapid urbanization in China, community museums as, key grassroots cultural institutions, are expected to play a key role in urban community governance. However, many face persistent challenges, including outdated exhibitions, passive programming, limited operational capacity, and unsustainable development models. In recent years, some have begun to respond to the residents’ cultural needs by forging cross-sector collaborations, expanding boundaries, rethinking participation models, and adopting innovative operational strategies. Through these shifts, community museums are redefining their roles and becoming active agents in local cultural development. Operating under multi-stakeholder collaborative models,community museums are embracing more diverse and flexible approaches to managing and activating cultural resources. These innovations have facilitated the delivery of richer, higher-quality cultural activities at the community level, and offer valuable insights into the sustainable development of grassroots public cultural institutions.更多还原
