【Abstract】 Under the strategy of construction of a skills-oriented society, as the foundational component and critical pillar of the skills formation system, vocational education should evolve to prioritize the cultivation of modern craftsman talents. Industrial heritage, serving as a historical testament to industrial civilization, embodies rich educational resources and offers a multidimensional educational ecosystem for modern craftsman cultivation. This paper systematically analyzes the value logic of integrating industrial heritage into modern craftsman talent training from four perspectives: value shaping, craftsmanship inheritance, cultural identity and educational practice, and explores the practical path of integrating industrial heritage into modern craftsman talent training from four aspects: optimizing course design, deepening industry-education integration, modernizing traditional craftsmanship, and advancing cultural education.更多还原
