【摘要】 为应对以价格为信号执行电能调度所产生的输电阻塞现象,降低因阻塞而升高的发电成本和用电成本,提出一种需求响应和晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC)的协同优化策略。构建考虑负荷服务实体与系统运营商利益需求的双层非线性模型,上层以降低用电成本为目的,确定需求响应方案,下层确定机组出力、TCSC工作参数以及各节点边际电价;提出比例积分微分搜索算法(PSA)结合卡罗需-库恩-塔克(KKT)条件的PSA-KKT求解方法,通过该方法降低模型非线性度,通过大M法将问题模型转化为混合整数线性模型,并采用CPLEX进行求解。IEEE 24节点系统的仿真结果表明,该策略可有效缓解输电阻塞并降低用电和发电成本,PSA-KKT方法比传统方法具有更快的收敛速度和更精确的计算结果。

【Abstract】 In order to cope with the phenomenon of transmission blocking caused by the execution of power dispatch using price as the signal,and reduce the increased generation cost and power consumption cost caused by the blocking,a synergetic optimization strategy of demand response and thyristor controlled series compensator(TCSC) is proposed. A bi-layer nonlinear model is constructed considering the interest demand of load serving entities and system operator,the upper layer determines the demand response scheme for the purpose of reducing the electricity consumption cost,and the lower layer determines the unit output,the operating parameters of TCSC,and the marginal tariffs of each node. The PSA-KKT solving method is proposed combing proportional-integral-derivative-based search algorithm(PSA) and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)condition,which reduces the model nonlinearity. The problem model is transformed into a mixed-integer linear model by the large M method,and solved by CPLEX. The simulation results of IEEE 24-node system show that the strategy can effectively alleviate the phenomenon of transmission blocking and reduce the power consumption and generation costs,and the PSA-KKT method has faster convergence speed and more accurate calculation results compared with the traditional methods.
