重载列车过分相操纵优化仿真研究

【摘要】 重载列车过分相时,若司机操纵不当会导致列车速度过低掉入分相区,或牵引力过大产生较大车钩力,影响列车运行秩序和运行安全。文章基于列车空气制动与纵向动力学联合仿真系统,以神朔铁路重载列车为例,对过分相时的纵向动力学特性进行分析。结果表明:列车通过长大坡道分相区段时,惰行过分相方式从控机车的车钩力最小;如需施加空气制动通过分相区段,在主控机车过分相而从控机车未过分相时进行缓解,并配合适当的电制动力,可获得更优的车钩力。

【Abstract】 When a heavy-haul train passes through a neutral section, the driver ’s improper operation can make the train speed too low to fall into the neutral section, or the traction force too large to produce a large coupler force, thereby affecting the train operation order and operation safety. Based on a co-simulation system integrating train air braking and longitudinal dynamics, this paper takes the heavy-haul train of Shenshuo Railway as an example to analyze the longitudinal dynamic characteristics when passing the neutral section. The results show that when the train passes through a neutral section on long ramp, the coupler force of the slave locomotive by idlepassing method is the smallest. If air braking must be applied during the neutral section, releasing the brake after the master locomotive has passed the neutral section but before the slave locomotive enters it, in combination with an appropriate electric braking force, provides optimal coupler force.
