新质生产力背景下的绿色生态设计系统研究

【摘要】 在全球资源高效利用与生态可持续发展诉求下,新质生产力对生态设计的系统性与科学性提出了更高要求,而现有生态设计评估框架存在与新质生产力特征适配不足、指标体系缺乏层级、未兼顾多元价值协同等问题。本文以此为切入点,通过桌面研究与理论推导,明确新质生产力背景下生态设计系统的三大运行机制,构建四维价值框架。运用德尔菲法与层次分析法打造“1+4”评价模型,形成科学量化的指标体系。经2025世界设计之都大会闵行区展览实证验证,该模型具备良好科学性与实操性。研究形成适配新质生产力的生态设计系统评价工具,为产业生态转型与经济生态协同发展提供理论支撑和实践指引。

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the global demand for efficient resource utilization and ecologically sustainable development,newquality productivity has placed higher requirements on the systematicity and scientificity of ecological design. However,existing ecological design assessment frameworks suffer from inadequate adaptation to the characteristics of new-quality productivity,a lack of hierarchical structure in indicator systems,and failure to balance the coordination of multiple values. Taking these issues as the entry point,this study clarifies the three operational mechanisms of the ecological design system under new-quality productivity through desktop research and theoretical deduction,constructs a four-dimensional value framework,employs the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to develop a “1 + 4 ” evaluation model and form a scientifically quantifiable indicator system,which is verified empirically through the Minhang District Exhibition at the 2025 World Design Cities Conference to demonstrate sound scientific validity and practical operability. This research develops an ecological design system evaluation tool compatible with new-quality productivity,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for industrial ecological transformation and the coordinated development of the economy and ecology.
