【Abstract】 This article summarizes the holistic psychological crisis intervention nursing practice for a patient undergoing surgery for an acute retroperitoneal ectopic pregnancy,which was guided by positive psychology theory. The key nursing interventions included: identifying the core problems,ensuring patient safety,providing psychological support,proposing and validating alternative coping strategies,formulating a concrete plan,and obtaining the patient’s commitment to implementation. Through the provision of multi-dimensional psychological and technical support,the patient’s psychological stress response was effectively alleviated,facilitating postoperative physical and mental recovery. The patient was successfully discharged 15 days after surgery without any psychological complications.更多还原
