不同水溶肥和缓释肥对朱顶红盆栽苗生长的影响

【摘要】 探究不同类型肥料及其施用质量对朱顶红(Hippeastrum striatum)苗期生长的影响,旨在筛选适宜的施肥方案。以‘花瓶’和‘本菲卡’两个栽培品种为材料进行盆栽试验。设置两种水溶肥(朱顶红水溶肥1号、花多多1号)及两种缓释肥(朱顶红缓释肥1号、奥绿通用型缓释肥),每种肥料各设3个施用质量梯度(水溶肥为100、150、200 mg·株-1;缓释肥为2 000、4 000、6 000 mg·株-1),系统比较不同处理对朱顶红地上部生长、根系形态、生物量及叶片氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)质量分数的影响。结果表明:施肥150 d后,各施肥处理均显著促进两个品种的生长。其中,A2处理(朱顶红水溶肥1号,150 mg·株-1)效果最佳。在此施用质量下,‘花瓶’及‘本菲卡’的球茎直径较对照(CK)分别增加18.42%及11.63%,叶长分别增加21.08%及14.43%,生物量分别增加66.37%及49.42%;叶片N、P、K质量分数也显著提升。B2处理(花多多1号,150 mg·株-1)及C2处理(朱顶红缓释肥1号,4 000 mg·株-1)效果次之,而B1处理(花多多1号,100 mg·株-1)及C3处理(朱顶红缓释肥1号,6 000 mg·株-1)表现最差。在朱顶红‘花瓶’和‘本菲卡’的容器育苗阶段,每15 d施用150 mg的朱顶红水溶肥1号可显著促进幼苗生长、提高生物量及叶片养分含量,是提升苗木质量及肥料利用效率的最佳方案。

【Abstract】 This study aimed to explore the effects of different fertilizer types and their application dosages on the seedling growth ofHippeastrum striatum, so as to screen out the optimal fertilization scheme. A pot experiment was conducted using two cultivars, ‘Gervase’ and ‘Benfica’, as the test materials. Two types of water-soluble fertilizers(H. striatumWater-soluble Fertilizer No.1 and Flower Special No.1) and two types of slow-release fertilizers(H. striatumSlow-release Fertilizer No.1 and Osmocote General-purpose Slow-release Fertilizer) were set up, with three application dosage gradients for each fertilizer. Specifically, the gradients of water-soluble fertilizers were 100, 150, and 200 mg·plant-1, while those of slowrelease fertilizers were 2 000, 4 000, and 6 000 mg·plant-1. The effects of different treatments on the aboveground growth,root morphology, biomass, and leaf nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), and potassium(K) contents ofH. striatumwere systematically compared. The results showed that all fertilization treatments significantly promoted the growth of the two cultivars after 150 days of application. Among these treatments, Treatment A2(H. striatumWater-soluble Fertilizer No.1, 150 mg·plant-1) achieved the best effect. Under this application dosage, compared with the control(CK), the bulb diameter of ‘Gervase’ and ‘Benfica’ increased by 18.42% and 11.63%, respectively, the leaf length increased by 21.08% and14.43%, respectively, and the biomass increased by 66.37% and 49.42%, respectively. Meanwhile, the leaf N, P, and K contents were also significantly increased. Treatment B2(Flower Special No.1, 150 mg·plant-1) and Treatment C2(H.striatumSlow-release Fertilizer No.1, 4 000 mg·plant-1) ranked second in effectiveness, whereas Treatment B1(Flower Special No.1, 100 mg·plant-1) and Treatment C3(H. striatumSlow-release Fertilizer No.1, 6 000 mg·plant-1) exhibited the poorest performance. During the container seedling stage ofH. striatum‘Gervase’ and ‘Benfica’, applying 150 mg ofH. striatumWater-soluble Fertilizer No.1 every 15 days can significantly promote seedling growth, increase biomass and leaf nutrient contents, which is a recommended scheme to improve seedling quality and fertilizer use efficiency.
