【摘要】 档案信息化建设是国家档案事业发展的必然要求。民国档案文件级著录工程是档案馆档案文献信息化、数字化的基础工作，乃至档案馆档案信息化、数字化建设的首要环节。民国档案著录工程之所以难以有效、快速地推进，核心卡点在于缺乏适格的民国档案著录工作从业者。文章指出了适格的著录工作从业者必须具备的专业素养与知识储备，以及著录工程难以有效推进的难点所在。同时提出，加紧对相关著录工作从业者的职业培训，培养一支专业知识储备充分与职业技能全面的著录工作人才队伍，是加速推进著录工程建设的不二法门。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of archive informationization is an inevitable requirement for the development of the national archives industry.
