【Abstract】 In the era of digital intelligence, archival data has become a key production factor supporting the construction of Digital China, and the value of archival data elements urgently needs to be activated and released. Focusing on the goal of releasing the value of archival data elements, the theory of value co-creation is introduced to analyze the theoretical implications of value co-creation of archival data elements and the practical difficulties. Based on the digital intelligence environment, and in accordance with the key factors of value co-creation of archival data elements, a value co-creation capability system for archival data elements based on the "five-in-one " of subject co-governance, object co-existence, medium co-use, object co-construction and recipient co-sharing is explored and constructed. This system aims to systematically enhance the strategic leadership, resource control, technological driving force, ecological inclusiveness and market supply capacity of archival data elements, promote the resolution of practical obstacles to the value of archival data elements, and assist in the innovative development of new quality productivity empowered by archival data elements.更多还原
