【摘要】 通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理，结合中医临床及中药学等领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验，归纳出生姜的主要功效为发汗解表、温中止呕、温肺止咳、解毒；其症靶包括恶寒、呕吐、咳嗽、中毒等。现代药理研究发现，生姜及其有效成分具有抗炎镇痛、止呕、调节免疫、抗氧化、解毒等作用。在临床应用经验与使用注意事项方面，生姜安全范围大，可用作煎剂、泡剂、散剂或作为食疗的组成部分，用于解表时煎煮时间宜较短，使用抗凝剂和抗血小板药物者应慎用生姜；临床使用剂量为3～120 g。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica, it is concluded that Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens mainly has the effects of diaphoresis for exterior syndrome relief, gastric warming to prevent emesis, pulmonary warming to suppress cough, and detoxification. The symptom targets are chills, vomiting, cough, poisoning and so on. Modern pharmacological studies have found that Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and its active components have anti-inflammatory and analgesic, antiemetic, immune regulation, antioxidant and detoxification effects. In clinical application experience and precautions for use, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens has a wide safety range and can be used as a decoction, infusion, powder, or as part of food therapy. For relieving exterior syndromes, the decoction time should be relatively short. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs should use Zingiber officinale Rosc. with caution.
