【摘要】 总结俞建辨治儿童激素耐药型肾病综合征（SRNS）的临证经验。俞建认为SRNS为中医肾病痼疾，其核心病机在于患儿脾肾亏虚、精微不固，水饮瘀浊内停，“湿浊血瘀”交织，肾络戗伤。核心治则强调通过扶正培本、补肾固精以治其本，辅以健脾加强固摄，同时针对标实证施以利水、化湿、化瘀等祛邪之法。俞建认为非重剂无以挽回陈疴痼疾，临床上重用黄芪、芡实、丹参等中药；同时注重中西医协同治疗。探析俞建治疗儿童SRNS的辨治思路及用药经验，并附医案1则加以佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summarizes Yu Jian’s clinical experience in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome(SRNS) in children. Yu Jian believes that SRNS is a stubborn kidney disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and its core pathogenesis lies in spleen-kidney deficiency and insecurity of essence in children, leading to internal retention of fluid, blood stasis, and turbidity, where "dampness turbidity and blood stasis" intertwine, damaging the kidney collaterals. The core treatment principle emphasizes treating the root cause by strengthening healthty qi and reinforcing the foundation, tonifying the kidney and securing essence, supplemented by fortifying the spleen to enhance consolidation and retention, while simultaneously applying pathogen-eliminating methods such as promoting diuresis, resolving dampness, and dispelling stasis to address the excess in superficiality. Yu Jian believes that high-dose formulas are indispensable for reversing stubborn and protracted illnesses; Clinically, he employs heavy doses of Chinese medicinals such as Huang Qi, Qian Shi, and Dan Shen. He also emphasizes integrated Chinese-Western medicine treatment.
