【摘要】 伦理敏感性是高等教育人才培养德育层面教学成效的有效体现，提升伦理敏感性对完善高等教育人才培养质量体系和提升培养效能意义重大。采用DEMATEL-ISM系统分析方法，构建多级递阶结构模型，厘清伦理敏感性影响因素的作用路径与层次结构，阐明高校需围绕国家战略需求，完善德育体系顶层规划与伦理教学环节设计，并形成教学质量德育成效监测长效机制，以提高伦理敏感性为抓手，促进高等教育人才培养的系统化改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ethical sensitivity serves as an effective indicator reflecting the teaching effectiveness of moral education in higher education. Improving ethical sensitivity is of great significance for enhancing the quality system of talent cultivation in higher education and strengthening training efficiency. This study adopts the DEMATEL??ISM systematic analysis method to construct a multilevel structural model, identify the pathways and hierarchical structure of the factors influencing ethical sensitivity, and clarify that universities should align closely with national strategic needs, improve the top-level design of the moral education system and ethical teaching links, and form a long-term mechanism to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of moral education.
