【摘要】 以新发展理念为根本遵循，阐述立足交通运输技术经济特征的交通运输领域高质量发展内涵，梳理国内外交通企业高质量发展的实践经验。对国内交通运输企业梳理数字化实践、低碳运营、开放共享与协调层面的经验；对国外企业总结战略发展模式、多元收入渠道、旅客服务以及对外合作维度的经验。通过总结4家国内外企业的运营模式，结合中国交通与运输高质量发展理念，提出对中国铁路战略规划、多元发展、绿色发展、开放共享等高质量发展的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new development concept was adopted as its fundamental guiding principle to elucidate the connotation of high-quality development in the transportation sector,considering its characteristics.The practical experiences of domestic and international transportation enterprises in achieving high-quality development were analyzed,and the domestic enterprises’ practices in digitalization,low-carbon operations,openness and sharing,and coordination were summarized.For international enterprises,the experiences in strategic development models,diversified revenue streams,passenger services,and external collaboration were synthesized.By examining the operational models of these four leading enterprises from China and abroad,and integrating China’s new development concept for transportation,it offers insights to inspire high-quality development for China’s railway enterprises from the perspective of strategic planning,diversified operation,green development,and openness and sharing.更多还原
