【摘要】 为探索传统工艺企业在市场化和技术进步下平衡传统与现代的发展路径，基于资源行动视角，采用纵向案例研究法，以木门茶业为对象展开分析。研究结果表明，其演化遵循“资源拼凑-资源编排-资源协奏”三阶段逻辑，各阶段分别整合传统资源筑基、融合资源扩张、借跨界联动形成可持续模式；资源行动是传统价值与现代资源的创造性融合，内外驱动协同支撑演化，为同类企业提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the development path for traditional craft enterprises balancing tradition and modernity amidst marketization and technological advancement,a longitudinal case study approach from the resource action perspective focusing on Mumen Tea was adopted.The results indicate that its evolution follows a three-stage logic of resource bricolage-resource orchestration-resource concerto.Each stage involves integrating traditional resources to establish foundations,combining resources for expansion and forming a sustainable model through cross-boundary collaboration.Resource action represents the creative integration of traditional values and modern resources,driven synergistically by internal and external forces to support evolution,offering insights for similar enterprises.更多还原
