基于人才培养全过程的教师教育管理服务平台设计
【摘要】 教师管理信息化是加强教师队伍建设的迫切需求。师范生作为高质量教师队伍的源头活水和建设教育强国的未来力量,实现其培养管理的信息化对加强师范专业建设、提升师范人才培养质量具有重要意义。针对教师教育领域数字治理缺位、资源整合不足、实践管理粗放和角色权责模糊等问题,该研究基于平台生态系统理论,设计一套覆盖人才培养全过程、服务多地多校区管理、适用不同层次和类型师范生群体、满足多主体对师范生培养管理信息化需求的教师教育管理服务平台。该平台主要包括基础信息管理系统、教师教育资源网站、教育实践管理系统及教育教学能力考核系统四大模块,通过数据共享与流程优化,实现基础信息的有效整合和安全使用,推动角色功能的清晰划分和高效协同,确保报送需求的精准匹配和及时回应,为完善师范类院校治理体系和治理能力提供有力支撑。
【Abstract】 The informationization of teacher management is an urgent need to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.As the source of high-quality teachers and the future force for building China into a leading country in education, the informationization of pre-service teachers’ training and management is of great significance for improving the quality of teacher education majors and talent training. To address issues such as the lack of digital governance, insufficient resource integration,extensive practical management, and vague role rights and responsibilities in the field of teacher education, the research is based on the platform ecosystem theory and designed a set of teacher education management covering the entire process of talent training, serving multi-site and multi-campus management, and suitable for different levels and types of normal student groups,and meeting the informatization needs of multiple entities for the training and management of normal students. The platform mainly includes four modules: basic information management system, teacher education resource website, educational practice management system and education and teaching ability assessment system. Through data sharing and process optimization,effective integration and safe use of basic information are achieved and role functions are promoted. The clear division and efficient collaboration ensure accurate matching and timely response to submission needs, and provide strong support for improving the governance system and governance capabilities of normal colleges.
