【Abstract】 To explore the impact of entrepreneurship education on workplace behavior, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 411 new generation employees within 5 years of college graduation based on human capital theory and entrepreneurial process model. Empirical results show that entrepreneurship education positively predicts intrapreneurial behavior; entrepreneurial competence and psychological capital mediate between entrepreneurship education and intrapreneurial behavior; high-performance human resource management practice positively moderates the relationships between entrepreneurial competence, psychological capital, and intrapreneurial behavior, as well as the indirect effect of entrepreneurship education on intrapreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial competence and psychological capital respectively.更多还原
