阻燃浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板压贴工艺优化
Optimization of Hot-Pressing Process for Flame-Retardant Wood-based Panels Decorated with Impregnated Paper
【摘要】 采用低压短周期贴面工艺,研究了热压工艺参数对饰面人造板表面阻燃浸渍胶膜纸各项理化性能的影响。基于L9(34)正交试验设计,以表面胶合强度、表面润湿性及表面质量为评价指标,优化了阻燃浸渍胶膜纸的压贴工艺。结果表明,热压温度、热压压力及热压时间对表面胶合强度和表面理化性能影响显著,对表面润湿性影响不显著;最佳热压工艺参数为热压温度200℃、热压压力2.8 MPa、热压时间25 s。
【Abstract】 A low-pressure short-cycle laminating process was adopted to investigate the effects of hot-pressing parameters on the physical and chemical properties of flame-retardant impregnated decorative paper for wood-based panels decorated with impregnated paper, aiming to meet the requirements specified in GB/T 15102-2017 Surface decorated fiberboard and particleboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins. Based on the L9(34) orthogonal experimental design, the laminating process of flame-retardant impregnated decorative paper was optimized with surface bonding strength, surface wettability, and surface quality as evaluation indicators. The results indicated that hot-pressing temperature, pressure, and time had significant effects on surface bonding strength and surface physical-chemical properties, but no significant effect on surface wettability. The optimal hot-pressing parameters were determined as follows: hot-pressing temperature of 200 ℃, hot-pressing pressure of 2.8 MPa, and hot-pressing time of 25 s.
