“三融四师五改”模式下移动通信技术课程思政研究与实践

【摘要】 以移动通信技术课程为载体,构建“三融四师五改”课程思政创新模式。首先,以“移动通信技术的神奇旅行”为情境主线,重构“一体两翼三融”课程内容体系,将通信原理、设备运维、网络优化与思政元素有机嵌入。其次,组建“专业课教师+思政教师+企业工程师+社区导师”四师协同教学团队,打破单一主体局限,实现技术讲授、价值引导、工程实践与社会服务的多维贯通。最后,围绕目标协同化、内容模块化、方法行动化、考核隐性化、评价多元化五个维度推进教学改革,形成“技术技能与职业素养双线并进”的育人体系。该模式立足高职移动通信技术专业特点,为工科类课程思政提供实践范式。

【Abstract】 Using the mobile communication technology course as a vehicle, we have established an innovative “Three Integrations, Four Teachers, and Five Reforms” model for curriculum ideological and political education. First, we reconstruct the “One Core, Two Wings, and Three Integrations” curriculum framework around the thematic journey “the magical journey of mobile communication technology”, seamlessly embedding communication principles, equipment operation and maintenance, network optimization, and ideological elements. Second, we assemble a collaborative teaching team comprising “subject-matter instructors+ideological educators + industry engineers + community mentors”, transcending single-subject limitations to achieve multidimensional integration of technical instruction, value guidance, engineering practice, and social service. Finally, teaching reforms advance across five dimensions: goal alignment, content modularization, action-oriented methods, implicit assessment, and diversified evaluation. This has formed an educational system where “technical skills and professional ethics advance in parallel”.Rooted in the characteristics of higher vocational mobile communication technology programs, this model provides a practical paradigm for integrating ideological and political education into engineering courses.
