【摘要】 在区域协同发展背景下，整体把握京津冀地区20世纪工业建筑遗产的特征具有重要意义。文章选取《中国20世纪建筑遗产名录》中京津冀工业建筑遗产，系统梳理其类型、空间与建成时间特征，提炼核心价值并分析各地区代表性案例。研究发现，该区域入选遗产以厂房园区类为主、交通类为辅，时间集中程度较高，空间围绕京津及河北工业节点呈点状聚集。当前入选项目侧重较为鲜明，可在区域均衡性、门类全面性等方面进一步优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of regionally coordinated development, it is important to grasp the value characteristics of the 20th century industrial architectural heritage(IAH) in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region. This paper selects the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei IAH in the 20th Century Architectural Heritage Directory of China(CADHC) as a case study, systematically sorts out analyzes its type, space time and construction characteristics, extracts the core values and analyzes the representative cases in various sub-regions. The study found that the selected heritage site in this area were mainly factories and parks, supplemented by transportation-related site. The times of constructions were concentrated in the 1900s and 1950s, and the space was dotted around the industrial nodes of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Currently, the selected peojects have a clear focus and can be further optimized in terms ofregional balance and category comprehensiveness.更多还原
